Because I just found Cool Moon Ice Cream. Specifically, I just found Citrus Pistachio ice cream at Cool Moon Ice Cream. And it's right across the street from Jamison Park, which is perfect in the summer for people watching, fountain splashing and bench sitting. All while consuming a brilliant homemade load of sugar and cream. Think better than Ben and Jerry's. I'm not kidding. Hallelujah.

Ya there ice cream is good. I want to go there again. I love summertime!!!!
I haven't met a flavor of theirs I didn't like. Well, okay, that isn't true there was one I didn't like, but that is because I don't like bananas in stuff.
Little trick, want to try two flavors, but you don't want to get a double scoop? They will split your single scoop into two flavors if you want!
This sounds delightful. I need to go right now!
I'm partial to their Saffron Sunshine myself. It's juuust sweet enough, and loaded with delightful pistachio nubbins for texture. Yum.
